Tim Chermak is a husband, father, and the founder of Platform Marketing. He regularly speaks at conferences about small business entrepreneurship, social media advertising, and the "Happy Capitalist" philosophy. His company has made the INC5000 list and was recently voted 7FA's "agency of the year" out of nearly 400 marketing agencies. He lives in Naples, Florida, with his wife and daughter.

The Happy Capitalist Mastermind is for ambitious small business owners who want to use creative marketing to grow their profits and increase work life balance. It is a small group coaching program capped at 30 total members. The mastermind meets together 3x a year in-person, in addition to private phone calls and Zoom meetings.
